摘要
针对食品安全检测中常用的压电传感器,设计出基于单片机STC89C51的压电传感器连接电路,实现了对传感器信号的采集与分析功能。并可通过MAX232接口与PC机相连,实现数据的快速传输与分析功能。该电路还可以进行在线编程.简化了程序的写入,减少了检测人员的工作量。该系统具有易于操作,检测灵敏度高,检测速度快,数据分析能力强,结果输出稳定等性能。
For piezoelectric sensors which are commonly used in food safety testing, designed the connection circuit which is based on single chip STC89C51. Implemented the sensor signal acquisition and analysis. Achieved fast data transfer and analysis through connecting with PC by MAX232. The circuit can also be carried out online programming. This will simplify the program and reduce the workload of inspectors. The system with performance such as : easy to operate, high detection sensitivity, fast detection speed, powerful data analysis capability, stable resulting output and so on.
