“生命”视域下的高职体育教学改革

Reform of physical education teaching in institutes of higher vocational education from the perspective of "life"

从生命中的自然生命、精神生命、社会生命3个维度探究体育与生命的关系,并审视高职体育教学现状,进而提出了生命视域下高职体育教学的构思:在自然生命层面,实施"岗位主导"教学模式,着重发展学生的职业岗位体能,增设生命安全教育内容;在精神生命层面,结合"职业规划"教育,运用简单易行的拓展训练增强学生的职业心理素质,深化挫折教育,完善学生的精神生命结构;在社会生命层面,教师言传身教,强化学生的服务意识,彰显学生的社会生命价值。

The authors probed into the relation between sport and life in such three dimensions as natural life, spiritual life and social life in life, and contemplated the current situation of physical education teaching in institutes of higher vocational education, then put forward the following conceptions for physical education teaching in institutes of higher vocational education from the perspective of life： in terms natural life, implement the ＂post guided＂ teaching mode, focus on developing student＇s vocational post capacities, add the content of life safety education, and ensure student＇s natural life quality; in terms of spiritual life, apply simple and feasible expanded training to develop student＇s vocational mental makings coupled with ＂vocational planning＂ education, deepen frustration education, perfect student＇s spiritual life structure; in terms of social life, teachers should teach students both verbally and physically, sharpen student＇s service awareness, and highlight student＇s social life value.
