摘要
随着科学技术不断发展，宽带越来越受到人们的欢迎。与此同时各种依赖于宽带的新兴技术也应运而生。流媒体技术就是其中较为重要的技术之一。本课题将流媒体与教学目的相结合。通过研制视频实时采集系统，来实现远程教学的目的。
With the development of science technology, the technology of broadband becomes more and more popular. At the same time, many new technologies are developed because of the broadband. The technology of stream media is one of it. In this project the technology of stream media is used for purpose of teaching. Through the researching of the system of capturing video signal, we can achieve our purpose.
