摘要
智能制造的发展对挤压铸造设备提出了智能要求,现代挤压铸造设备须从功能上支持智能制造模式。首先介绍了智能制造的特征和现代挤压铸造设备的构成;在此基础上,从原因和实现两方面分析了现代挤压铸造设备对智能制造的支持功能,即智能制造内涵,包含自适应能力、自组织能力、协作能力及智能状态监控和自维护功能。这种分析有利于优化现代挤压铸造设备功能设计。
Modern squeeze casting machines must meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing. The features of intelligent manufacturing and the structure of modern squeeze casting machine were introduced. The intelligent manufacturing attributes of modern squeeze casting machines were analyzed from reasons and achievements. The self-adaptability, self organizing ability, cooperation ability were highlighted. The analysis can help designers optimize the functions of modern squeeze casting machines.
