全数字液压驱动单元设计与仿真

Design and Simulation on All-numerical-control Integrated Hydraulic Actuator

摘要 为满足节能和集成应用的需要,介绍一种全数字驱动的集成液压执行单元的工作原理,提出一种基于蓄能器的流量平衡策略对单出杆液压缸的流量进行匹配,并采用变频定量液压泵作为动力源,以高速开关阀作为调节装置,以全数字方式对执行机构的位移和力等参数进行控制。建立全数字液压驱动单元的AMESIM仿真模型。仿真结果表明所设计的驱动单元的性能满足要求。 A kind of all-numerical-control integrated hydraulic actuator was introduced to fulfill the requirement of energy saving and application integration, and the working principle was discussed. A kind of flow matching strategy of single-rod hydraulic cylinder based on accumulator was provided. Taking converter and constant rate pump as power source, and high speed switch sphere valve as adjuster, the actuator parameters such as displacement and force and etc were controlled by numerical control method. The AMESim simulation model for the all-numerical-control integrated hydraulic actuator was built, and simulation results show that the designed actuator provides satisfactory performance.
