摘要
通过对低压电网实际情况的调研,分析了电网接地及其特征和危害,阐述了中性点接地的原因,并比较了中性点接地和不接地系统的电气特征。指出在有效的接地监控前提下,低压电网应尽量使用中性点不接地系统。
Based on the investigation of practical status of low voltage grid,the earthing,its characteristics and hazards were analyzed.The cause of neutral point earthing was expounded,then the electric characteristic of neutral point earthing system was compared with that of earth-free system.It was pointed out that neutral point earth-free system should be applied in low voltage grid as far as possible in the case of effective monitoring for earthing.
