摘要
提出了一种新型多电平变换器。该变换器是VFCB-PWM技术与级联H桥型变换器拓扑结构的结合,而VFCB-PWM技术具有良好的降低谐波含量和提高直流电压的作用,能在较低的器件开关频率下实现较高等效开关频率的效果。仿真结果表明该变换器能有效地降低谐波,具有结构简单、传输频带宽、动态响应好等优点。
A new multi-level converter was proposed.The converter,in which the cascade H-bridge converter was integrated with VFCB-PWM technology which could reduce harmonic components and boost DC voltage,could obtain high equivalent switching frequency with low switching frequency of devices.The simulation result showed that the converter could reduce harmonic effectively,with merits of simple configuration,wide transmission band-width and good dynamic response.
