摘要
实验用Ti600合金为采用二次真空自耗电弧炉熔炼而成的600 kg铸锭,经开坯锻造后最终轧制成棒材,经金相法测定Ti600合金的相变点为tβ=1 010℃。着重分析了不同的热处理制度对Ti600合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:获得网篮组织可使合金的综合性能匹配较好;在相变点以上进行1 020℃×2 h+AC,650℃×8 h+AC处理,可获得较好的综合性能。
The original material of Ti-600 alloy used in the present work was drawn from the 600 kg ingots, which were melted twice in a consumable electro-arc furnace, and with a diameter of 360 mm. Hot-rolled bar stock of Ti-600, 14 mm in diameter, was obtained after the breaking-down, forging and roiling craft. β transformation point detected by metallographic analysis was 1 010 ℃. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was mainly analyzed. The results show that basket-weave structure obtained can make the best combination property of the alloy, and the best heat treatment regimes are 1 020 ℃ × 2 h + AC and 650 ℃ × 8 h+AC.
