冷加工变形率对工业纯锆管材组织与性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用冷加工方法制备了R60702工业纯锆管材,研究了冷加工变形率分别为20%,30%,40%,50%,60%的冷加工及700℃×1 h真空再结晶退火对材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:工业纯锆管材冷加工变形程度在20%时加工硬化明显,随着变形程度的继续增大,硬化程度趋于稳定;700℃×1 h退火后,不同冷加工变形率的管材组织均为再结晶组织,晶粒细化程度随变形率的增加逐渐加大,20%变形率在工业纯锆的临界变形区,晶粒粗大且不均匀;随着变形率的增大材料的强度变化不大,塑性有增加的趋势,20%冷加工变形率时的强度和塑性值均为最低。 R60702 industrial pure zirconium tubes were prepared by method of cold working, and the effects of vacuum recrystallization annealing on the structure and mechanical properties of the material were investigated with cold deformation rates of 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 700℃ × 1 h. The results indicate that cold deformation of industrial pure zirconium tubes at 20% is obvious, and tends to be stabilized along with more deformation. After 700 ℃ × 1 h annealing, tube structures with different deformation rates were recrystallized structures without exception, and grain refining degree increased with larger deformation rate. Deformation rate of 20% was at industrial pure zirconium critical deformation zones, with coarse and uneven grain structure. Along with the increase of the deformation rate, the strength of the material changed little yet its plasticity tended to increase. Both the strength and plasticity are the lowest at a deformation rate of 20%.
