摘要
求一致最小方差无偏估计(UMVUE)及一致最优势检验(UMPT)是参数估计和假设检验中的两个重要的但有时又是困难的问题。现引入充分统计量,并通过它找到求UMVUE及UMPT的比较简单的方法。
