Preliminary Exploration of Escorting Military Railway Transportation

系统总结了我军铁路军事运输押运工作的特点，客观分析了铁路军事运输押运工作的现状与存在问题，研究提出了开展控制理论研究、夯实押运工作基础，组织专业技能培训、增强押运队伍素质，健全程序标准制度、提高押运工作质量，规范押运工作秩序、强化依法押运能力，注重器材配套建设、改善押运工作环境等对策建议。

This paper expounds the escorting traits of military railway transportation in our armed forces systematically, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of it, puts forward the research of control theory, consolidates the foundation of escort work, organizes the professional training, enhances the quality of escort troop, perfects the working procedure, improves working quality, standardizes the working sequence, lays stress on necessary equipment, improves the working environment and so on.
