摘要
通过分析士官大专学员的特点，针对开展士官大专英语教学过程中存在的问题和不利因素，提出了提高士官大专英语教学质量的对策措施。
By analyzing the characteristics of the sergeants and some unfavorable factors in English teaching for them, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve English teaching quality.
