摘要
以DQP漂白麦草浆中的不同组分为研究对象,发现它们在物理形态与表面化学性能方面存在明显差异。研究结果表明:与相思木浆相比,麦草浆有较多的细小组分,纤维扭结和卷曲少,聚戊糖、灰分含量和保水值较高。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)对DQP漂白麦草浆主要组分表面超微结构的研究可知,从单根纤维分丝出的细纤维表面较平整,微细纤维(Microfibrils)定向排列;而球状和杆状的薄壁细胞表面粗糙,微细纤维排列错杂;细小组分的表面拥有更多的抽出物、木素等疏水物质。
In this paper, both the morphology and chemical components of DQP bleached pulp were studied. Compared with hardwood pulp,the wheat straw pulp has more fines, less kink and curl,higher pentosan and ash contents, higher water retention values. Surface ultra structure of wheat straw pulp was investigated with atomic force microscope(AFM). The results indicated that the surface of fibres was relatively smooth, on which the orientation of microfibres was regular ;while the surface of fines was rough, with random orientating microfibres. More extractves and lignin were distributed on the surface of fines.
