阐述了旧住房成套改造的概念及发行技术与方案的主要内容,并结合实例详细介绍了简单分隔、扩建改造和倒便器房型改造这3种改造方式。
The author expatiates on the conception, technology and plan of installing en-suite lavatories and kitchens in old tenement house and by citing practical examples introduces in detail three different ways of alteration, which are, namely, the simple separation, the extended alteration and the alteration in houses that have no water-closet.
