摘要
介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的电动机定子电流和温升测试系统的硬件组成和软件设计,该系统通过实时采集电动机的定子电流和多路温度数据,观察电动机定子电流与温度的变化情况,对采集数据进行保存、拟合分析。试验结果表明,该系统不仅可以实现在线状态监测、数据采集、数据分析等功能,而且具有操作简单,准确度高和效率高等优点。通过试验分析,初步掌握了电动机定子温度的变化规律,为交流电动机定子温升的预测、预报奠定了基础。
Hardware composition and software design of a test system of current and temperature rising of the motor stator based on LabVIEW were introduced. The system can collect the date of the motor stator current and multi-channel temperature on real-time, observe the changes of the current and temperature, and save the collected data to piecewise fitting and analysis. Test results showed that the system will not only achieve the online monitoring,data collection, date save, data analysis and other functions, but also have easy operation, high accuracy and high efficiency. It can be initial mastered that temperature changing regularities of the motor stator by the continuous experimental analysis, and lay a foundation for the forecasting of the AC motor stator temperature rising.
