摘要
火电厂热力系统中给水泵的控制和稳定运行是保证机组安全及经济生产的重要环节。为解决原有给水泵运行中存在的问题,针对某发电厂25 MW机组的2台给水泵现场工艺要求,提出了将给水泵控制方式改造成为变频器控制的改造方案,并针对生产的实际工况,对设备选型和改造方案进行了具体设计。对改造后较为长期的运行数据反馈的分析表明,该方案达到了设计要求,且控制方式具有范围宽、精度高、耗电率低的特点,为同类电厂节能改造提供了参考。
The control and stable operation of the feed pump in thermodynamic system of the heat-engine plant, is an important factor to ensure security and economical production in engine set. In order to solve the problem existed in the feed pump, aiming at the technical requirement of the two feed pumps in the 25 MW engine set of a heat-en- gine plant, a method converting the feed pump control to inverter control has been put forward. Based on the actual manufacture status, the equipment selection and alteration project has been designed in detail. The analysis of the long-term operating data showed that the method can meet the design requirement, and has the advantages of wide range, high precision, low power consumption. A reference of the change to the heat-engine plant in the same condition was provided.
