磷酸化蛋白激酶B和缺氧诱导因子1α在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

Expressions and clinical value of pPKB and HIF-1α in laryngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的研究磷酸化蛋白激酶B(pPKB)和缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及其与LSCC的肿瘤分期、分化程度和局部淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法,检测50例LSCC标本癌组织和20例声带息肉中pPKB和HIF-1α的表达情况。结果LSCC中pPKB和HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于声带息肉组(68.0%vs0,χ2=26.44,P<0.01;64.0%vs0,χ2=23.58,P<0.01)。LSCC中pPKB和HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达率,在有无淋巴结转移、不同T分期、高分化与中低病理分化的LSCC中比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论pPKB和HIF-1α在喉癌组织中表达明显升高,pPKB和HIF-1α可能与喉癌的发生、浸润和转移密切相关,其联合检测可能成为LSCC早期诊断及判断恶性程度的指标之一。 Objective To study the expressions and their clinical value of phosphorylated protein kinase B(pPKB) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in laryngeal carcinoma(LSCC).Methods The levels of expressions of pPKB and HIF-1α in 50 specimens of LSCC and 20 specimens of vocal cord polyp were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC method.Results The positive rates of pPKB and HIF-1α protein in LSCC were significantly higher than those in vocal cord polyp(68.0% vs 0,64.0% vs 0,respectively;all P 〈 0.01).The levels of expressions of pPKB and HIF-1α had significant differences in different T-category and pathological grades and with or without lymph node metastasis(all P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The expressions of pPKB and HIF-1α are increased in LSCC.pPKB and HIF-1α may contribute to invasion and metastasis of LSCC.Combining detection of pPKB and HIF-1α may be one of the methods to make early diagnosis and assess malignant grade of LSCC.
