摘要 进行了模具型腔数控铣削加工工艺分析研究。介绍了数控铣削刀具与切削用量。对模具型腔加工特征进行详细分析,基于UGNX软件确定了对应于各种特征的加工方法和刀具。提出了模具型腔粗铣加工刀具简易组合方法,进行了走刀方式分析比较。 A mold cavity CNC milling process analysis and research is conducted. The NC milling tool and cutting parameters are introduced. A detailed analysis to machining features on the mold cavity to conduct is given, based on UGNX software to determine the corresponding features in a variety of processing methods and tools. Simple combination of methods is conducted to made rough milling cutter mold cavity, and we also give analysis and comparison to the ways of taking the knife.
