薄壁U型钢弯管是热交换器的主要组成部分,在换热器、空调、冰箱等设备中应用极为广泛,但薄壁钢管的加工成型目前在国内一般多采用手工作业方式,在实际生产中存在劳动强度大,效率低等问题。为解决这一实际问题,设计了加工各种弯曲半径的U型管自动弯曲机。

The thin wall steel tube which is curved as U type is the mainly constitute part to a heat exchanger. It is extremely applied in varies machines such as hot machine, air condition and refrigerator.. .etc. But the handicraft operation method is generally adopted in the domestic currently, which production is that labor strength is big and the efficiency is low. In order to resolve this actual problem, we design the machine which can process various radius of the thin wall steel tube with the automatic liquid press system.
