摘要
在Pro/E中建立某型号惯性振动落砂机框体的三维实体模型,利用HyperMesh软件建立了该落砂机框体的有限元动力学模型,通过模态分析得到其固有频率和振型,找出落砂机框体振动的薄弱环节,对框体的设计和改进有一定指导意义。
A three-dimensional solid model of Inertia Vibrating Knock-out Machine frame has been established on Pro/E. The model's vibration and frequencies have been obtained by the medal analysis using HyperMesh software which has established finite dement dynamic model of the frame. The result of modal analysis can display the weak part of the frame and give some guiding significance on designing and improving the structural of Inertia Vibrating Knock-out Machine frame.
