中小企业技术创新成果的保护方式选择分析——基于西安市企业的实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用probit模型和多项式logit模型对陕西省西安市中小企业的数据进行了实证研究。结果表明:中小企业较少采用专利来保护技术创新成果;研发费用比重较大、处于中等高科技行业或具有合作创新协议的中小企业倾向于采用加快技术创新成果商业化速度来保护技术创新成果;研发费用比重较小、处于高科技或者研发服务行业、处于离散产品行业或进行工艺创新的中小企业倾向于采用商业秘密来保护技术创新成果。 This paper uses the probit and logit model to analyze the choice of protection method of technological in- novation of SMEs based on the data of Xi'an. Result shows that SMEs uses fewer patents to protect the achievements in technological innovation, SMEs which have more R&D, in the medium high-tech industry, with innovative cooperation agreement (horizontal or vertical cooperation) are tend to use speed, but SMEs which have less R&D, in high-tech industries or R&D services, process innovation or in a discrete products industry are tend to use trade secrets.
