Research on the Knowledge Diffusion of Communities of Practice Based on the Weighted Small-world Network Model

从社区成员的关系网络出发,基于加权小世界网络,研究实践社区的知识扩散网络。提出用社区成员的特征关系长度和聚类系数来表证实践社区的知识扩散频率、集中度,发现它们并不是越大越好,而是应该保持在一个适度较大的水平,才能有效地促进社区的知识扩散。

From the relationship network of members in communities of practice, based on the weighted small - world network, this paper analyzes the knowledge diffusion network of community, and puts forward that using characteristic relationship length and clustering coefficient of community members to token knowledge diffusion frequency and centralization respectively. Result shows that they should keep in a moderately bigger level.
