摘要
均匀回油是多压缩机并联制冷系统稳定运行的关键技术之一。以一种自行设计适用于2台压缩机并联运行的新型均油装置为研究对象,运用计算流体(CFD)技术,采用标准k-ε模型对其内部流场进行了数值研究。空调工况下,该装置的出口处和回油孔处,润滑油和R22气体质量流量达到均等;部分负荷(50%)时,R22气体和润滑油的出口状态与满负荷时是一致的。模拟结果表明应用该装置回油是一种值得进一步研究的均油方案。
Stable operation of the multi-compressors system, balancing oil is one of the key technologies. Based on standard k-ε model of computational fluid dynamic technology the numerical investigation of internal flow in a self-designed new type parallel-compressors balancing oil device. At air condition operation, because of the special structure of the device; mass flow of the lubricant and the R22 gas can achieve equalization at the outlets and the oil return apertures, at part load(50% ), the outlet state of the lubricant and R22 gas is accordance with the state of full load. Simulation results show that application of this device is a worthy of further study oil return program.
