民用建筑节能工程质量通病的控制和预防措施

The Control and Precautionary Measures of Engineering Quality Problem in Civil Energy Conservation in Building

在民用建筑中大力发展节能环保技术,对于节约能源和保护环境有着重要意义。然而,我国当前的民用建筑节能工程技术不够成熟,管理存在漏洞,在保温材料、设计、施工和监理等方面都存在着许多问题,严重影响了建筑的节能效率,降低了其使用价值。文章从原材料、设计、施工和监理等方面对当前我国民用建筑节能工程质量普遍存在的问题作了具体分析,提出相应的控制和预防措施。

Devote major efforts to developing the technology of energy-saving, environmental protection in civil architecture is very important to save energy and protect environment. However , civil energy conservation in buildings in China is not skilful enough, there are some administrative mistakes. There are many problems in heat preservation material, design, construction and construction supervision. All of these have a bad influence on effciency of the energy saving, reduce its use value. We make a concrete analysis of the quality of civil energy conservation in buildings in China at present about raw material, design, construction and construction supervision, and put forward the corresponding preventive measure.
