血清前清蛋白与单胺氧化酶及胆碱酯酶检测在肝硬化分级诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肝硬化患者血清前清蛋白(PA)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)含量的变化与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的关系,同时与健康对照组相比较,观察三者在肝硬化诊断中的应用价值。方法使用Olym-pusAU2700全自动生化分析仪和强生VITROS950干式生化分析仪分别检测97例肝硬化患者和55例健康人血清中PA、MAO、CHE的含量,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果肝硬化患者血清PA、CHE较健康对照组明显降低,而MAO较健康对照组有明显提高,PA、CHE活性和MAO含量在健康对照组与肝硬化Child-PughA、B、C组之间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论检测血清PA、CHE及MAO含量对肝硬化的诊断和治疗具有应用价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between liver cirrhosis Chitd-Pugh classification and the levels of prealbumin(PA),eholinesterase(CHE), and monoaminoxidase(MAO) in sera from the patients with liver cirrhosis. At the same time, comparing with the healthy group, the clinical value of the three indices in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis was observed. Methods Olympus AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer was applied to determine the levels of PA and MAO,and VITROS 950 automatic dry biochemical analyzer was applied to determine the level of CHE in 97 patients suffering from liver cirrhosis and 55 healthy people. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of PA and CHF in the patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly lower than those in healthy group. And MAO in patients with liver cirrhosis improved compared with the healthy group. Comparison between groups of liver cirrhosis and healthy control group, showed statistical difference in PA, CHE and MAO(P〈0.01). Conclusion There is close correlation between the liver cirrhosis Child-Pugh classification and the levels of PA, CHE,and MAO in sera from the patients with liver cirrhosis. The levels of PA,CHE,and MAO may be used as the sensitive indices for measuring liver cirrhosis.
