网织红细胞未成熟分数在肿瘤放化疗中的临床意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过了解肿瘤患者在放化疗过程中外周血网织红细胞(Ret)参数的变化,以确定肿瘤患者骨髓造血功能在放化疗过程中受抑制及化疗后的早期恢复指标。方法采用SysmexXT-2000i全自动血细胞分析仪对30例肿瘤患者放化疗前后外周血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、网织红细胞百分数(Ret%)、网织红细胞未成熟分数(IRF)进行检测。结果与放化疗前相比,IRF于第3天明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),较WBC、NEU平均要早3d,且IRF于第9天较第6天有所恢复,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IRF可作为肿瘤患者放化疗过程中反映骨髓造血功能抑制和恢复的早期指标。 Objective To investigate the variation of reticulocyte parameters before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and to establish a early index reflecting the change of bone marrow function. Methods Tbe white blood cell(WBC) and neutrophils(NEU) and the percentage of reticulocyte(RET%) and the immature retieuloeyte fraction(IRF) of peripheral blood were detected by Sysmex XT-2000i automatic blood cell analyzer, before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in 30 patients with noumenal tumor. Results Compared with the value before radiotherapy and chemotherapy, IRF was significantly lower "than that on 3 d after therapy(P〈0.05), the change of IRF was earlier 3 d than that of WBC and NEU. Others,on 9 d IRF rebounded gradually as compared with that on 6 d(P 〉0.05). Conclusion IRF can be served as an early predictive indicater in monitoring the suppression and recovery of bone marrow function in the patients with tumor during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
