摘要
目的调查研究中国汉族人群的Diego血型基因频率分布。方法用血型血清学方法对1577例非相关的献血者进行Diego血型的筛选鉴定,并对部分标本进行基因分型和基因测序。结果1577例标本Diego血型血清学鉴定结果,Dia+b-1例,Dia+b+47例,Dia-b+1529例。结论汉族人群DI1基因频率为0.0155,DI2基因频率为0.9845。
Objective To investigate the Diego gene frequency in Chinese Han population. Methods 1 577 blood samples from unrelated blood donors were phenotyped for Dia and Dib,part of DNA samples were studied by PCR-SSP and direct sequencing. Results 1529 of 1577 cases were Di（a-b-/ ）,47 of them were Di（a-/ b＋）,one of them was Di（a＋b ） ,respectively. Conclusion DI1 gene frequency is 0. 015 5,DI2 gene frequency is 0. 984 5.
