摘要 用动力学的方法研究了磷矿浮选尾矿中磷、镁、铁、铝在硫酸中的转化率,以揭示他们在硫酸中分解速率的变化规律,为综合回收尾矿中镁和磷提供基础依据.研究结果表明:硫酸浓度对磷和镁的分解温度大,尾矿的分解反应属于扩散控制过程;铁铝杂质在低浓度硫酸中的分解具有负温度效应,铝杂质的溶解受硫酸浓度影响的作用大于铁杂质,在高硫酸浓度时尤为突出. The conversion rate of P, Mg, Fe and A1 in the floated phosphate tailings with kinetic method so as to reveal the variation law of their decomposition rate, which tilizing Mg and P in tailings comprehensive centration on decomposition of Mg and P is ly. It is shown through the results that the bigger than the reaction temperature. The in sulfuric acid is studied provides references for u- effect of sulfuric acid con- decomposition reactions of the tailing are controlled by diffusion process. It is also found that the decomposition of Fe and A1 impurities in low - concentration sulfuric acid has a negative temperature effect and the effect of sulfuric acid concentration on A1 impurity is bigger than that on Fe impurity, especially in high -concentration sulfuric acid.
