摘要
闭式循环型脉动热管作为一种高效、微型换热元件,被广泛应用于高热流密度电子器件的冷却.论文首先对近年来脉动热管启动问题的研究成果做了全面总结,并分析了影响脉动热管启动运行的一些因素;然后结合热流型脉动理论对启动运行时的脉动现象进行了分析;最后指出现有研究中存在的一些不足并给出了建议.
Closed - loop pulsating heat pipe is widely used as a new effective heat transfer equipment in the cool- ing of electronic devices. The current studies on the start - up issues of pulsating heat pipe are firstly summa- rized. The main factors influencing the start - up and steady operation characteristics of pulsating heat pipe are then analyzed. The pulsating phenomenon observed in the stage of start - up is explained with the adoption of the thermal pulsating theory. Finally the shortcoming in the existing researches and some suggestions are made clear.
