摘要 以APDL对星轮的参数化设计与有限元分析为例,先对行星齿轮力学模型进行建模,并对参数化设计计算进行研究。研究工作包括:渐开线采用小段直线的拟合;关键点采用渐开线公式的极坐标形式计算;外齿轮齿廓渐开线要考虑两种情况的生成;外齿轮上以作用力的方式代替转距以保证在节点处啮合外齿轮所要旋转的角度;用ANSYS软件仿真了几组不同的情况,并将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较,结果表明所用理论方法和所建模型的正确性。 In this paper,APDL parameters of design and Finite Element Analysis of star gear are taken for example to research on the design,calculation and construction of the Mechanical model. The main research as follow: gradually open line, in which a small segment adopted to draw straight line to matching; the key points,at which gradually open polar coordinate calculation is adopted; there are two kinds of situation should be considered in the outside wheel gear; in order to keep enough place for revolving angle, replace the torque with force in outside wheel gear; ANSYS software is used to simulate several sets of circumstances, and the simulation results are compared with theoretical results, The results show that the model which is constructed with the theoretical method is correct.
