摘要
提出了回转类机械的扭转振动问题;分析了无阻尼和扭转振动问题;阐述了干涉图原理;给出了比较系统的判断潜在振动故障的方法。根据具体机械结构,运用干涉图可便捷地预测共振点,从而有效预防此类机械可能发生的故障。
This paper puts forward the problems of rotational mechanical vibrations, analyzes zero-damping vibration and revolving vibration,expounds the principles of interference graphics and gives out some methods to determine potential break down in the real time system. For concrete structures, it is convenient to predict resonance points with an interference graph, as to prevent the rotational machinery from breaking down effectively.
