摘要 总结讨论了国内外在陶瓷磨削表面/亚表面损伤方面所作的研究及其所取得的成果;讨论了表面/亚表面裂纹和残余应力产生的原因及扩展机理;探讨了控制陶瓷磨削表面/亚表面损伤的途径;指出了当前研究所存在的问题及今后需要努力地方向。 This article mainly gives a review about Surface/subsurface damage in advanced ceramics grinding and its control method, discusses the generating cause and propagating mechanism of surface/subsurface crack and residual stress and points out the existing problem and striving direction.
