烟支在线回收装置的设计

Research on and Design of Online Cigarette Reclaiming Device

烟草行业在国民经济中占有非常重要的地位。自中国加入WTO后,在生产效率和节能降耗方面要求日益增高。针对卷烟包装机在输送模盒处剔除个别废品烟时所造成的巨大浪费,设计了一种对烟支进行二次检测分选的在线回收装置。首先,进行总体设计,将功能模块化,包括接烟模块,检测模块,剔除模块和回收模块等;然后,搭建了原型机系统并进行实验验证,包括实验室实验和现场实验。结果表明,该装置能有效地回收废品烟中的好烟,并且不会造成二次损伤,对烟草行业降低损耗,提高劳动生产率,具有重大意义。

Tobacco industry plays a significant role in national economy. Since China joined WTO, the demands of production efficiency and energy saving and consumption reduction increase quickly. In order to reduce the serious waste ,which is made by tobacco packaging machine when eliminating cigarettes from transmitting box, one new type of online reclaiming device is designed for measuring and sorting cigarettes. Firstly,we carry out the overall structure design, such as receiving module, measuring module, eliminating module and reclaiming module; secondly, we build a prototype and carry out some experiments in the laboratory and factory. The experimental results show that this device can effectively reclaim the qualified cigarettes from the defective ones, and it will not do any destruction to the cigarettes. It has the great significance for reducing consumption and increasing productivity.
