摘要
以CA6140型普通车床为例,阐述了车床数控化改造后螺纹加工功能实现的方法、主传动系统改造部位,螺纹加工的控制原理及经济型数控车床螺纹加工误差产生的原因。
Takes CA6140 type common lathe as an example, this paper has explained the realization of thread turning and changing parts of main transmission system in NC transformation of lather. Controlling principles and faults of thread turning in economic NC lathe are also discussed.
