摘要
为了提高生产效率,设计自动攻丝生产线。工作时将工件置于输送带中央的插槽中,伺服电机驱动输送带前行输送工件,工作台上设置了两个用于工件定位的光电开关,PLC根据这两个信号控制伺服电机减速及停止,进行精确定位,精度可达0.1 mm,工件到位后,上方的攻丝机下行对工件攻丝,这个过程持续进行,既达到了工件加工精度要求,又极大提高了工作效率。
An automatic tapping production line is designed in this paper to improve production efficiency. In production, the workpieces are placed in the central slot of the conveyor belt manually; and servomotor drives the conveyor belt forward. In order to position the workpieces accurately,two photoelectric switches are mounted on the worktable. According to the two signals, PLC makes the servo motor speed down or stop. The positioning accuracy is up to ~ O. 1 mm. When the workpiece arrives at the location, the tapping machine begins to tap it. This process would be cycled,and the requirements of the workpiece machining accuracy would be achieved completely and efficiency would be improved greatly.
