摘要
介绍了汽车电子节气门的结构原理,对整个系统的模型构建和控制策略做了深入的分析研究。提出采用双重控制算法来实现对电子节气门的控制。在节气门较大角度转动即大信号控制时,将整个系统看作是线性的,采用PID控制算法;在对节气门小角度变化即小信号控制时,对不能忽略的摩擦力和弹簧力这些非线性因素进行补偿,同时对进气扰动因素作了分析。
The structure of an electronic throttle is introduced, the system process model is developed and the control strategy is researched. A kind of dual control algorithm is proposed. In the large-signal mode, the entire system is regarded as linear and the response is determined by the PID controller. While in the small-signal mode, the nonlinear friction and spring force compensator has the dominant influence on the control system behavior. Also the air disturbance is analyzed.
