摘要 以乙二胺、环氧氯丙烷、十二叔胺为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂合成了具有新型结构的季铵盐型低聚表面活性剂。考察了产物水溶液的表面活性和泡沫性能,并采用失重法研究了在10%(w)盐酸溶液中该类表面活性剂在碳钢表面的缓蚀性能。实验结果表明,产品具有较低的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和优良的表面活性,其表面活性和泡沫性能优于传统的十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC);产品对碳钢有较好的缓蚀作用,当产品浓度为80 mg/L,缓蚀效率可达97.03%,其吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温式,是典型的物理吸附。 A quaternary ammonium oligomeric surfactant with novel structure was synthesized by ethylenediamine,epichlorohydrin and dodecyl dimethyl amine.Surface activity of its aqueous solution and foam property were tested,and corrosion inhibition of the product on A3 steel in 10%(ω) HCl medium was investigated by weight loss method.The results showed that the quaternary ammonium oligomeric surfactants have much lower CMC,stronger surface activity and foam property comparing with DTAC.The product is a good corrosion inhibiter for carbon steel,and the inhibition efficiency is 97.03% at 80 mg/L.Its adsorption follows Langmuir' s adsorption isotherm and the mechanism is physical adsorption.
