摘要 提出一种运用响应面法建立数控机床主轴系统有限元热特性分析的近似模型的数值方法。将主轴系统热特性温度误差与热载荷参数之间的隐性关系用显示函数近似表达出来,代替原有的有限元模型。在此基础上对有限元模型进行优化修正,提高原有限元模型的准确度。对数控螺纹磨床主轴系统有限元模型修正的结果表明:基于近似模型的主轴系统有限元模型的热载荷修正方法可以减少有限元分析的计算误差,提高有限元模型修正的效率,热特性分析有限元模型修正结果精度较高。 Based on RSM, A numerical method is put forward for calculation of CNC machine spindle system thermal characteristics, which could express the hidden relationship between temperature error and thermal boundary condition parameters by an explicit function. Based on the explicit function and optimization of the parameters, the accuracy of finite element model will be increased. The FEM updating result of a CNC screw grinding machine spindle system showed that the Approximate Model Method could decrease the FEA calculation error and increase the efficiency of FEM updating with acceptable accuracy.
