摘要
提出了采用超精密磨削加工锭杆轴承档的思想,设计了加工锭杆轴承档的超精密磨床,磨削运动系统正常,夹具定位方便,结构紧凑,外型美观。采用先进的立方氮化硼(CBN)磨条(油石),具有硬度高,锋利性好、耐磨等优点。使用情况表明,锭杆轴承档加工表面粗糙度降低为Ra0.01μm,生产效率提高了15倍。
An idea was presented to adopt super-precision grinding to machine the shafting bearing class. The super-precision grinder was designed. The grinding system runs good, the allocation of the jig is convenient. It has compacting structure and beautiful appearance. Using CBN slipstone to grind, it has higher hardness and sharpness and wear-resisting, practising shows that surface roughness reduce to Ra0.01μm, the production efficiency increases 15 multiple.
