数控加工内拐角铣削速度的应用研究

摘要 精密型腔类零件对内拐角的精度要求高,精度难以控制,成品过切是一种普遍现象。本文以FANUC系统为例,对各种控制内拐角精度的方法进行了分析对比,总结出正确控制内拐角零件精度及表面粗糙度的方法。 The inside corner of precise lumen part requires high precision, but it is hard to achieve and the overcut phenomenon always occures. This paper analysis every kind of method of controling the precision of the inside corner by taking FANUC for example. And a method of correctly controhng the precision and the surface roughness was summarized.
