摘要
介绍单频激光干涉位移测量系统的数据采集设计方案。使用数据采集卡和PC机,在VC++环境下,对激光干涉位移测量结果进行环境参数补偿和修正,以及抗干扰处理。通过比对验证采集系统设计合理性和稳定性,从而有效保证整个仪器的总体精度。
The date acquisition design of homodyne interferometer for displacement measuring system is introduced. Under the VC + + environment, the date transmission card and personal computer is used by the system to compensate and correct environmal parameters for the laster interferometer measurement results and anti-interference processing. By comparing and verrifing the ratio- nality and stability of the date acquistion, the accuracy of instrument is validly assured.
