摘要 通过间歇试验研究了不同pH值对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)颗粒污泥性能的影响。当系统中COD的质量浓度为4000 mg/L,pH值为7时,比产甲烷活性为412.2 mL/(g.d);pH值为6~8时,COD去除率为83.2%~90.5%,产甲烷菌具有较强的活性;pH值为7时,硫酸盐还原菌活性最高,SO42-的去除率最高达91.8%;pH值为6~8时,SRB颗粒污泥对Cu2+的去除效率最佳,去除率大于91.6%。 The effect of pH value on performance of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) granular sludge was studied through intermittent experiment. The results showed that, when the mass concentration of COD was 4 000 mg/L, the pH value was 7, the specific methanogenic activity reached 412.2 mL/(g· d); when the pH value was 6 - 8, the removal rate of COD reached 83.2% - 90.5% and the activity of the methanogenic bacteria was high; when the pH value was 7, the sulfate-reducing bacteria activity reached the highest and the maximum SO4^2- removal rate was 91.8%; the best performance of sulfate-reducing bacteria granular sludge on Cu^2+ removal was obtained at pH value of 6 - 8, the removal rate was above 91.6%.
