摘要
研究了磁场作用下,电凝聚法处理油气田废水SS和COD的去除情况。试验结果表明:同传统的电凝聚法(没有磁场)相比,外加磁场作用,能有效缩短反应时间、降低能耗、提高废水SS和COD的去除率。当废水SS和COD的质量浓度分别为150和500 mg/L,pH值为7~8,电流密度为4 mA/cm2,外加磁场为0.55 T的NdFeB磁体,反应时间为90 min时,废水SS和COD的去除率分别达到77.3%和66.7%。磁场作用下,电凝聚法是值得推广的一种处理油气田外排废水的经济、高效的方法。
The removal of suspended solid (SS) and COD in wastewater from oil-gas field by electrocoagulation under magnetic field were studied The results of the test showed that: compared with traditional electrocoagulation (without magnetic field), the process with extra magnetic field could effectively shorten the reaction time, reduce the energy consumption, and improve the removal rates of SS and COD. When the mass concentration of SS and COD were 150 and 500 mg/L respectively, the pH value was 7 - 8, the current density was 4 mA/cm^2, the removal rates of SS and COD reached 77.3% and 66.7% respectively after 90 minutes of reaction under NdFeB magnetic field with intensity of 0.55 T. It could be seen that, the said technique was an economical and efficient process for treatment of wastewater from oil-gas field and was worthy to be popularized.
