摘要
以西安市第三污水处理厂Orbal氧化沟工艺的实际运行监测数据为依据,分析了该工艺对城市污水中主要污染物的去除效果,结果表明对污染物COD、BOD5、TN、NH3-N、TP和SS的平均去除率分别达到93.90%、92.51%、71.07%、87.07%、91.74%和95%以上。Orbal氧化沟工艺具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,能保持稳定的出水水质;分析了该厂总氮平均去除率较低、反硝化效果差的原因,提出了污水厂在运行过程中应及时调整运行工况,采取合理开启氧化沟外沟、中沟、内沟转碟曝气机的措施,在提高污染物去除率的目标下,降低能耗。
On the basis of the monitoring data of the orbal oxidation process during the actual operation in the NO.3 wastewater treatment plant of Xi'an city, the effect of the said process on main pollutant removal from municipal wastewater were analyzed. The results showed that, the average removal rates of COD, BODs, TN, NH3- N, TP and SS were above 93.90%, 92.51%, 71.07%, 87.07%, 91.74% and 95% respectively. Orbal oxidation ditch process had a strong anti-shock loading capability, and could help effluent quality stable; through the analysis of the reasons that caused low TN removal rate and pointed out that, timely adjusting the operating condition and poor denitrification effect of the said plant, it was moderately opening the rotating disc aerator in the first, the second and the third oxidation ditch during the operation was a proper method, for it could not only improve the pollutant removal rate but also reduce the power consumntion.
