B位Zr^(3+)掺杂CaTiO_3∶Pr^(3+)红色发光材料的发光性能研究 被引量:1

Luminescent Properties of B Site Substitution Zr for Ti in Red Phosphors CaTiO_3∶Pr^(3+)

摘要 制备了不同Zr/Ti比的CaTi1-xZrxO3∶Pr3+(x=0~0.07)系列红色发光材料。采用X射线衍射检测了样品结构,测量了样品的激发光谱、发射光谱和反射光谱特性,讨论了B位Zr掺杂对CaTiO3∶Pr3+发光性能的影响。结果表明,Zr掺杂使样品在612nm处的红光发射强度大大提高。当x=0.025时,样品发光强度达到最强,是CaTiO3∶Pr3+发光强度的299%。发光强度的提高是由于Zr的加入使基质中电荷转移态位置处于导带和Pr3+的4f5d能级之间,使能量传递通道得到增加而导致的。 Red phosphors CaTi1-xZrxO3:Pr^3+(x=0~0.07) are prepared by solid state reaction route. XRD measurements confirm that the material belongs to orthorhombic structure. Luminescent properties are studied with excitation spectra, emission spectra and reflective spectra. Red emission at 612nm is greatly enhanced. It achieves maximum value in CaTi0. 975 Zr0. 025 03 : Pr^3+ sample, higher by 299% than CaTiO3 : Pr^3+. Enhancement of red emission in Zr added CaTiO3 : Pr^3+ is inferred to originate from improvement of Pr^3+ 4f5d capture probability to electrons in the host conduction band and charge transfer state.
