二段液一液萃取在润滑油糠醛精制装置上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了由上海炼油厂糠醛精制装置与清华大学化工系合作、厂设计室自行设计的新工艺———润滑油糠醛精制二段液-液萃取的工艺流程特点、操作特性、产品质量等情况。新工艺投用后,萃取塔分离效果明显提高,装置总的萃取效率由原来的不到4个理论级提高到5个理论级;在相同生产条件下进一步改善了精油质量,提高了精油收率。 The two stage liquid liquid extraction techniqne for lubricating oil furfural refining developed by Shanghai Refinery in cooperation with Chemical Engineering Department of Qinghua University,designed by Shanghai Refinery,was described,including characteristics of process flow,operating property and prcducts quality,and so on.The separating effect in extraction tower was improved obviously after the new teehnique was put into operation,with the total extractive efficiency improving from less than 4 theoretical stages to 5 theoretical stages.Under the same condition,the quality of refined oil and its yield were improved also.
