农民专业合作社的形成及其边界:合作社还是公司? 被引量：1

摘要本文从控制权的角度,在与公司制企业比较分析的基础上,对我国异质成员结构下农村专业合作社的市场竞争效应及其组织边界进行研究。研究发现,作为一种农业产业化组织模式,农民专业合作社的组织边界及市场竞争力取决于市场结构、农业投资项目的风险收益状况以及相应的市场协调水平;与此同时,政府的政策引导和税收激励有助于克服市场初期选择中的"囚徒困境",是一种对市场组织效率改进的成本分担和补贴机制。
