血糖水平对初治菌阳肺结核合并糖尿病患者抗痨疗效的影响

Therapeutic Effects of Different Levels of Blood Sugar in New Pulmonary Tuberculosis of Smear-Positive with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析初治菌阳肺结核合并糖尿病患者不同血糖水平与患者抗痨治疗疗效的关系。方法:分析不同血糖水平的93例初治菌阳肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果:使用胰岛素降糖治疗的患者,其血糖更易控制在理想和尚可水平。血糖控制水平理想和尚可的患者与血糖控制水平差的患者相比有更高的痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收好转率、空洞闭合率和临床痊愈率(P<0.05)。结论:血糖水平与患者病情轻重和抗痨治疗疗效密切相关,肺结核合并糖尿病患者更适宜使用胰岛素降糖。

Objective：To analyze the relations of therapeutic effects of antituberculosis in different levels of blood sugar of diabetes mellitus with new pulmonary tuberculosis of smear-positive.Methods：Analyzed clinical data in 93 cases with new pulmonary tuberculosis of smear-positive and diabetes mellitus.Results：patients applying insulin had more possibility at blood sugar control ideal.The patients in C group with ideal levels of blood sugar had more the sputum smear-negtive converted rate,more improving rate in the chest X-ray,more cavity closure and more treatment success rate than the patients in D group with high levels of blood sugar.Conclusion：The levels of blood sugar of patients have close relationship with patients＇symptom and therapeutic effects.The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus should apply insulin to treat diabetes mellitus.
