电针加刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observations of Electroacupuncture and Bleeding Cupping Therapy in Treating Postherpetic Neuralgia of Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨电针加刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组采用电针加刺络拔罐治疗;对照组口服卡马西平100mg,qd。结果:观察组总有效率94.44%,对照组总有效率83.33%(P<0.01)。结论:电针加刺络拔罐能有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of electroacupuncture and bleeding cupping therapy in postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster.Methods：Divided 72 patients into 2 groups.Treatment group had 36 patients which was treated by electroacupuncture and bleeding cupping therapy;control group had 36 patients which was treated by Carbamazepine 100 mg,qd,po.Results：In the total effect rate treatment group was 94.44%,control group was 83.33% （P 0.01）.Conclusion：Combination of electroacupuncture and bleeding cupping therapy is effective way in postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster.
