股动脉与桡动脉血气采集的比较

The Effect of Blood Collection of Comparing Femoral Artery with Radial Artery

目的:采用BD血气采血器抽取动脉血,探讨和比较桡动脉与股动脉进行血气采集对病人疼痛的影响、一次性穿刺成功率及患者接受度。方法:通过对140例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期住院患者采取自身对比法进行股动脉与桡动脉穿刺采集动脉血,观察患者的疼痛反应、穿刺成功率、患者接受度及主要血气分析结果。结果:两种方法在穿刺成功率、患者的主观感觉方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。血气分析检测值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:血气采集选择股动脉较桡动脉穿刺成功率高、疼痛轻,病人易接受。

Objective：To investigate the difference of patient＇s feeling of pain,puncture achievement ratio and patient＇s reception between radial artery and femoral artery for blood gas analysis.Methods：Radial artery and femoral artery puncture were conducted in 140 paitents with AECOPD,self comparison was used to compare patient＇s feeling,puncture achievement ratio and patient＇s reception in every patient.Results：There was a significant different in achievement ratio and feelings of pain between radial artery and femoral artery puncture.Conclusion：Femoral artery puncture to obtain blood gas is superior to the radial artery in achievement ratio,pain＇s feeling and acceptance.
